  • Financial Data: Hourly rates, salaries, work hours, tax codes, KiwiSaver rates, and shift history.
  • Profile Data: Your name (synced via Apple/Google Sign-In) and region specific settings.
  • User Content: Notes or details added to specific shifts.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Button taps, screen views, and interaction flows.
  • Device Data: Device model, OS version, and general location for analytics.
  • Purchase History: Subscription status and transaction details via RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to calculate earnings, manage your account, improve our services, and process payments via App Store/Play Store.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Amendment Act 2025, we disclose the use of the following sub-processors:

  • Google: Firebase Auth & Analytics.
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management.
  • Supabase: Secure backend database hosting.

ShiftPay is an estimation tool only. Calculations provided by this App are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional financial or tax advice. Always verify your pay against your official employer payslips.
