1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

2. No Financial Advice & Liability

ShiftPay is an estimation and tracking tool only.

• Not Professional Advice: The App does not provide professional financial, legal, tax, or payroll advice.
• Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that the App's calculations will perfectly match your employer's payroll system.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying your actual pay against your official payslips.

3. Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features via subscription. Billing is managed by the App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat infrastructure.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
